Based on specific needs, we also have the capacity to train engineers for small and medium enterprises.

Employers of small and medium enterprises and other employees in the prefecture who are enthusiastic to master skills are accepted as trainees.
Our staff conducts personalized training sessions according to trainees’ requests and abilities.
Employers of small and medium enterprises and other employees in the prefecture who are enthusiastic to work in research and development are accepted as researchers and studies are carried out based on research plans prepared by an accepted researcher with the coaching and advice of our staff.
Trainees and research students are accepted to maintain and develop traditional industries (traditional crafts such as Yuki Pongee (an Important Intangible Cultural Property), ceramics as represented by Mashiko Pottery) and train artists to carry them on into future generations.
